Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by FedEx, we will update your order with the tracking information though email.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Please do note that rods will be charged on volumetric rates.

We will proceed with the shipment once we receive the payment from 0900 to 1830 (Singapore time GMT +08:00), Monday to Friday (excluding Singapore holidays).

The shipment will be sent out within 5 business days after checking out with catchbay.com.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Damaged Items and Shortages

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen we will not refund or return. Insurance can be purchased with FedEx, we will quote you together with the shipment fee. Please contact us on the returns within (7) working days of shipment delivered by +(65) 67433628 or enquiries@catchbay.com from 1000AM to 1830PM (Singapore time GMT +08:00), Monday to Friday (excluding Singapore holidays).

Product Returns

Any product may be returned within (14) working days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, contact us at +(65) 67433628 or enquiries@catchbay.com . Be sure to have your order number. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

All returned products must be returned in original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user’s manual, accessories, cases, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original Order Invoice with the returned products.

Shipping Return

When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned after (14) working days from the delivered date will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage. Cost of shipping for returns will be borne by you.
